Project Coordination

Flooring comes near the end of a renovation, and it only goes smoothly when the prep before it is done right. I offer oversight for the flooring stage of larger projects, checking site conditions, confirming prep work, and aligning timing with other trades. It’s a practical way to keep the job on schedule and avoid costly delays. Many clients find that having me coordinate this part naturally simplifies the rest of their renovation.
